On June 29, administration of KNRTU and Beijing University of Chemical Technology (BUCT) signed the double degree program agreement. Our students appeared to have a great opportunity to get a double degree (Russian and Chinese) thanks to a long- term fruitful cooperation between KNRTU and BUCT.

The “Technology of polymers” students who have successfully completed the first two years of study, may submit an application and continue their 3rd and 4th years at Beijing University of Chemical Technology. All the courses at the university are taught in English.

Academically talented students with high proficiency in English are provided with a scholarship, that covers the full cost of the tuition, as well as on-campus housing. The program participants are responsible for all other personal and living expenses, including transport.

Applicants entering the Institute of Polymers this academic year already can participate in the program. Polymers Processing and Engineering major is implemented in the framework of Chemical Engineering, where 149 state-funded places were allocated in 2022.
