KNRTU representatives took part in the largest forum of Russia in the field of digital transformation in education, business and public administration, which was held in Kazan.

Deputy Prime Minister of Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko, President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and representatives from Federal Ministries and Agencies, leading universities, Russian Railways, Vkontakte, Yandex, Kaspersky Lab, Rosatom, Digital Mobile Education, SIBUR Digital and Autonomous Non-profit Organization of Digital Economy took part in the forum. About 4,000 people participated in the event online and offline.

Industry and university representatives discussed artificial intelligence solutions for transportation and healthcare, commercialization of educational organizations, metaverses, information security and the creation of national ecosystem for the development and use of open source code.

“The forum included a special track, which was dedicated to the results of Digital Departments project accomplishment and to the results of students’ entrance assessment” – said Leysan Dogadina, Director of Project Management Office of KNRTU.

At the end of the semester, the team outlined further steps to new project implementation approach.
