On April 4th, two days before of SIBUR FEST, KNRTU hosted an online meeting with students of KNRTU-BUCT (Beijing University of Chemical Technology, China) Double-Degree Program and representatives of SIBUR enterprises.

During the meeting, students had a chance to get acquainted with the activities of the enterprises, which will become their place of work and career development after studying in China.

Representatives from ZapSibNeftekhim (Tobolsk), Krasnoyarsk Plant of Synthetic Rubber (Krasnoyarsk), BIAKSPLEN (Novokuybyshevsk), VoronezhSintezKauchuk (Voronezh), NizhnekamskNeftekhim (Nizhnekamsk), KazanOrgSintez (Kazan), POLIEF (Blagoveshensk), TomskNeftekhim (Tomsk) shared information about the plants operation and products they manufacture.

The choice of these enterprises was determined by the fact that the participants of KNRTU-BUCT Double-Degree Program study on educational programs of “Polymers Processing and Engineering” and “Digital Engineering in Polymer Production and Processing”, which are corresponding to the directions of the production enterprises.

Also, students asked their questions about the industrial internship opportunities, obtaining working specialties, education on the corporate university and the prospects for horizontal and vertical career growth at the company.

At the end of the online meeting the company representatives did not say goodbye and promised to see each other again on April 6th at SIBUR Fest.
