On March 31st, a meeting of teachers and students of the Department of General Organic and Petrochemical Synthesis Technology and Department of Chemical Technology of Petroleum and Gas Processing together with employees of Digital Office and HR-experts of Kazanorgsintez company was held at KNRTU.

The event was opened with a welcoming speech of Sergey V. Bukharov, Professor of the Department of General Organic and Petrochemical Synthesis Technology.

The first part of the event featured speakers from the company’s leading experts in the field of advanced technological process control system and modular procedural automation.

The second part of the event was dedicated to the organization of internships for students in different formats and their future employment.

Yulia Blagoveschenskaya, Chief HR-Expert, says that among the selection criteria for the participation in the company’s youth projects there are a wide variety of methods used: screening, telephone interviews, online testing, personal interviews and much more.

As a part of the presentation, guests showed their potential career tracks.
