The territory of the «Senezh» management workshop hosted a three-day educational program “Workshop of the student sports club’s association of Russia" aimed at gaining new knowledge in the sphere of student sports and its development. It gathered leaders of regional branches, student sports clubs and activists. The delegation from the Republic of Tatarstan included Marat Magsumov, Chairman of student’s sport club «KRONOS».

The program of the workshop included many master classes from experts and athletes. The participants defined the values and objectives of the student sports club’s association, worked on goal-setting and the image of a student sports club leader, and shared their work experience with the chairmen of the student sports club’s associations from all over Russia. Working in a team, the participants analyzed common problems and found ways to solve them, forming an ideal structure of the student’s sports club. By the end of the workshop, grant ideas for federal districts were developed and presented to the experts. In addition to the educational program, the participants completed the "Trail of Heroes" obstacle course.

"I really enjoyed the workshop program and was inspired by the idea of holding a strategy session for the «KRONOS» team. The knowledge gained will definitely help me in my future work with my colleagues," - Marat shared his impressions
