Employees of the Institute of Light Industry, Fashion and Design of KNRTU have completed an internship in Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry (Uzbekistan) within the framework of the grant of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan “Algarysh”.

Natalia Tikhonova, Head of the Department of Clothes and Footwear Design, Irina Krasina, Head of the Department of Technology of Chemical and Natural Fibers and Articles, and Alexander Parsanov, Associate Professor of the same department, visited Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry. During the internship lecturers got acquainted with the technical and experimental laboratories of the Uzbek-Korean Textile Technopark, as well as with the scientific and innovative activities at the departments of Textile Fabric Technology, Leather and Footwear Engineering, Apparel Technology and Digital Engineering, Chemical and Polygraphic Engineering, Materials Science and Standardization. Colleagues shared their experience and interacted with students.

Additionally, the areas of cooperation between KNRTU and Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry on the exchange of experience in the field of methodological and organizational work, on the implementation of network form of educational programs, as well as on the creation of joint publications have been defined.
