KNRTU scientists – Elena Perushkina and Tatiana Vdovina, Associate Professors of the Department of Industrial Safety, as well as Engineer Aigul Khasanova, successfully completed professional internship at the Federal Research Centre “Fundamentals of Biotechnology” of the Russian Academy of Sciences. This unique opportunity allowed young specialists to apply biotechnological knowledge and skill in one of the leading scientific organizations of the Russian Federation. Under the guidance of experienced mentors – Nikolay Pimenov and Yury Nikolaev, Doctors of Biological Sciences – KNRTU scientists conducted researches to develop new ecobiotechnologies.

As a part of the internship, the project team got access to a modern equipment and advanced methods of researching cellular activity mechanisms, as well as developing innovative approaches for the educational process, which is especially important in the context of rapid development of the biotechnology industry.

“The experience of such interaction strengthens our professional skills and opens new scientific horizons,” Elena Perushkina shared her impressions.
