Gazprom Neft - Bituminous Materials summarized the results of the first student case championship. 100 students from 22 Russian universities took part in the educational project to develop non-conventional solutions for the bitumen industry. The contest was held for a month in an online format.

50 teams were formed to participate in the qualifying stage. They presented their ideas on the use of Brit brand materials to improve the reliability of urban infrastructure. Ten teams made it to the final of the case championship. The final task was to develop proposals for bitumen production and defend their projects to the experts.

The case championship was won by the KNRTU team, whose participants are enrolled in the new Master's Degree Program “Innovative Bitumen Products and Technologies”. The second place was won by Daniyar Sadykov and Leysan Khasyanzyanova, and the first place was won by Maria Kondratyeva (also enrolled in the new Master's Degree Program) and Ekaterina Lebyodka. They were awarded with diplomas and prizes.
