A lecture on creating and developing a business was held in the Creative Space of Building "L". The project is supported by Sberbank to promote youth entrepreneurship and enhance financial literacy. In an informal atmosphere, KNRTU students engaged with the speaker, Do Maxim Thanh, an entrepreneur and alumnus of our university. Maxim passionately shared his business experiences: he is the owner of a chain of children's clothing and toy stores in Kazan.

The networking format enabled participants not only to listen to a success story but also to gain insights into real-life examples of business failures and strategies to overcome them. Participants received practical advice and tools for launching their own businesses. Informal setting of the meeting encouraged open dialogue between the speaker and the audience, making the discussion highly productive. Over 60 students attended the event.

At the end of the meeting, Sberbank invited the students to participate in an industrial internship and the “Personnel Reserve” project.
