On March 19, the Institute of Innovation Management at KNRTU hosted the annual career guidance event "Career Day," which brought together future managers, economists, and sociologists with relevant employers in the republic.

The fair was organized as an open dialogue, where students not only learned about current job opportunities and internships, but also had the chance to ask questions directly to representatives of government agencies, social institutions, and major industrial enterprises.

Opening the event, Anna Sukhristina, Director of the Institute of Innovation Management, expressed gratitude to the partners for their interest in young talent.

"Our platform provides an opportunity for building an effective direct dialogue between future specialists and the real sector of the economy. Today, the hall is filled with senior students and graduates of the fields of Management, Economics, Sociology, Public and Municipal Administration, System Analysis and Management, Statistics, and Publishing - I am confident that everyone will find interesting career opportunities for themselves, and our guests will get to know their potential future colleagues better," said Anna.

As part of the event, students were addressed by representatives of ministries and agencies, as well as employers of Inovation Management Institute graduates.

Inna Nikitina, Head of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan, spoke about the strategic needs of the industrial sector, the possibilities of targeted training, and the prospects of public service.

Representatives of the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service for Major Taxpayers No. 4, including Venera Nizamutdinova, Head of the Personnel and Security Department, and Ilsia Mukhametshina, Head of the Taxpayer Relations Department, presented career paths for young professionals, as well as information about social guarantees and data analytics. Rezeda Tarelova, Deputy Director of the Comprehensive Center for Social Services in Kazan, spoke about the opportunities for working in the social sector.

Danil Derzhavin, Head of the Youth Department at Nefis Cosmetics LLC, spoke about the mentorship system, Nefis-Start corporate programs, and professional growth opportunities.
